Worth is firmly focused on bringing the freestyle fun and carefree atmosphere of his DJ sets -- live and without jive--  to the internet. Streaming free on Twitch three times a week, Worth mixes music videos on the turntables in a hi-tech sensory performance that melds traditional analog turntablism DJ’ing with digital filmmaking and live television production to create a show unlike anything else out there. Performing in front of a green screen, this one-man mix show is part classic MTV, part animation, part short film, part video art, all created and edited live on a pair of 20-year-old turntables. More than just a video, this is a free interactive experience, with audience participation encouraged and requests taken, via the Twitch chatbox.

ATOM WORTH Atom Worth is a DJ, VJ (video DJ), and filmmaker born in Wanamassa, New Jersey. He’s won 3 New York Emmy awards, in the categories of cinematography, editing, and video journalism, out of a total of 8 nominations. He’s placed 2nd and 3rd respectively in the World Video DJ Championships at the Winter Music Conference in Miami. A local to Asbury Park, he’s contributed to the creative atmosphere that’s rejuvenated that city in recent years, with DJ residencies or appearances at nearly every venue in the city. He’s also established himself as a force in documentary filmmaking, most recently directing, shooting, and editing the officially sanctioned Bruce Springsteen short documentary, focused on Bruce’s early years as a child in Freehold, New Jersey, as well as a number of music videos and artist-focused shorts. 

An activist as well as an artist, he’s also spent time on the frontlines of the fight for affordable healthcare - recently traveling from Minnesota to Canada with a caravan of Type 1 Diabetics who were on a mission to find affordable insulin across the border. A type 1 diabetic himself, he created this powerful short on that journey, as well as the struggle many type 1 diabetics face in the battle for affordable insulin.
