RUBY MODINEAn American recording artist, actress and philanthropist, Ruby Modine made her singing debut as a child at the Greenwich Street Music School in NYC. She presents her rendition of As Tears Go By to a new generation with a video of cinematic structure that perfectly underscores her elegant vocal style which is influenced by Amy Winehouse, Joan Jett and Taylor Momsen. Over the past several months, Ruby has starred in an HBO pilot (produced by James Franco) A Visit From The Goonsquad, and was featured in Cat. 8 (Starz) directed by Kevin Fair along with Somebody a powerful public service film announcement regarding an individuals right to demonstrate and speak truth to power. Ruby will next be seen in Memoria, directed by Nina Ljeti (also produced by James Franco), as well as Violence and Women, directed by Chad Ostrom. Later this year, Ruby will be starring in The Rocking Horsemen opposite Riley Griffiths, Miles Heizer, and Joey King.
