Welcome to The Bond Townhouse & Garden located at 165 Wyckoff Street in Brooklyn, New York. We are an innovative boutique suites hotel that focuses on hospitality from a different angle. A landmark townhouse in the historic district of Boerum Hill reimagined and developed by MySuites & Co, a design studio that bridges hospitality and real estate with a lifestyle mindset based in Soho, Manhattan. The Bond was conceived as a design urban oasis located just minutes away from Manhattan and works as a small boutique hotel through membership with four 2 bedrooms suites, fully serviced, with a private landscaped garden. The Bond offers summer yoga on the deck and alfresco catering dinners for members. 

MEMBERSHIP applications are available online. There is no upfront fee but all prospective tenants are screened by management. Not an Airbnb or a typical boutique hotel, our suites are serviced apartments with an array of amenities ideal for long term stays and services typical of a high design hotel. We focus on interior design, peace and high style. Just 3 stops to Manhattan, simply take the subway to the F stop on Bergen Street in Brooklyn. The Bond is located one block away.

DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE
The Bond townhouse was reimagined by architect Leonardo Annecca founder of Mysuites & Co, an NYC-based design studio that bridges design, hospitality, and real estate. Known for bringing the concept of “the suite life” to downtown Manhattan which involves move-in-ready, small apartments designed with style and intelligence of space. In a spirit of collaboration, local artists, designers and artisans have contributed to the final design envisioned by Leonardo Annecca and Dutch Designer Geralda Van der es from Spresso design studio.

We have stewed and thought over the designs of each of the Suites as individual themes, that could match the aesthetics of a historic ‘hood and as well the most discerned travelers. We welcome you to our luxurious suites and our delightful garden.

An elegant, classy parlor floor with high ceilings that has been transformed into a garden suite with incredible light exposure as the room becomes sun-drenched. Botanical-inspired design for a small family or couples looking to enjoy one of the most beautiful private gardens in Brooklyn. Not to mention, you get all that sunlight you couldn’t find anywhere else. Well, maybe at the actual Brooklyn Botanical Gardens you could! Enjoy a direct view of the gardens if you were literally sleeping in the garden! We have been designing this Japanese type of bed platform for 2 main reasons: first space, we all know in New York space is a luxury. Second because of the coziness and “ready to sleep” set up that they offer, which is the second idea of luxury in NY. Amenities at the Garden Deluxe: Two bedrooms, private bathroom, full kitchen, living room with trundle sofa ( two twin beds), dishwasher, iron, blowdryer, washer & dryer, sleeps up to 5, TV in each bedroom, complimentary wifi and Marshal speakers

The quintessential Honeymoon suite, located on the first floor, directly on the Garden. Nestled between the garden and the landscaped front of the building, is our coziest suite. A real heaven, a luxury retreat for peaceful mornings while you can wake up to birds singing on your window. Try getting that anywhere in Manhattan! Wood white washed floors with an industrial vintage touch, from local designers. Ideal for a couple, with an extra guest or small family, you will be the ones enjoying the garden as it’s best. Amenities at the Garden Suite include: One bedroom, private bathroom, full kitchen, living room with trundle sofa ( two twin beds), dishwasher, iron, blowdryer, washer & dryer, sleeps up to 4, complimentary wifi, Marshall speakers and TV in the bedroom.

Hem stands for "home" in Swedish. It’s our Scandinavian- inspired suite. Why a Scandinavian suite in Brooklyn? We design with a meaningful “style of living” in mind. Natural water washed wood floors, natural colors and stoplights through the apartment to make your stay in style, peaceful and full of light, like if you were living in Stockholm. A generous sun-drenched living room with a separate dining area is the signature of the Hem Suite. Classy, stylish, and airy, suitable for families that enjoy a bright and peaceful living. One flight up, enjoy a beautiful garden light and peace of both bedrooms with queen bed, on a Japanese style platform. A desk corner for late-night writing of working, make one of the bedrooms a rare piece of heaven! Amenities at the Hem Suite: Two bedrooms, private bathroom, full kitchen, separate dining room, living room with trundle sofa ( two twin beds), dishwasher, iron, blowdryer, washer & dryer, sleeps up to 4, complimentary wifi, vintage speaker and TV in living room and one bedroom, TV in master bedroom and living room.

Welcome to the penthouse living! A piece of heaven close to Manhattan. Designed for more generous living and dining the Penthouse is a mid-century styled two bedrooms apartment, nested under the roof. Warm, sunny, with dark floors, the penthouse makes a stylish living for the most discerned travelers, that enjoys the Brooklyn flair in a more stylish setup. Those are the coziest bedrooms in the House! Nested under the roof, warm sunny and stylish with an aerial view of the garden and the Brooklyn skyline. Amenities at the Penthouse: Two bedrooms, private bathroom, full kitchen, living room with private large dining room for 8, dishwasher, iron, blowdryer, washer & dryer, sleeps up to 4, TV in master bedroom and living room, Central AC in each room adjustable, complimentary wifi and vintage speakers.

This garden has been designed to enhance your sense of peace and relaxation.
